Michael has been involved in all aspects of the Music profession for many years. His experience is widespread and continues to grow. This provides him with a comprehensive knowledge of instrumental music and performance technique. He is now in great demand as an adjudicator, and was invited to adjudicate the Hong Kong Music Festival in 2008. He was appointed to the panel of adjudicators for the British and International Federation of Festivals in May 2009. He is also a consultant to Trinity Guildhall Examination Board for the development of their Woodwind Syllabus 2009. His recent appointment to the Professional Development panel of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music in August 2009 and appointment as Professor of Clarinet for the Royal Air Force, reflects his determination to remain in the forefront of music education and assessment.
